Sarillo Development worked through several concepts and feasibility studies at the project outset. Once we had a design that maximized the value of the property and met the various regulatory needs, we then worked through the complex process of zoning and entitlement prior to purchasing the property.

With the property acquired and zoning complete, we worked through the arduous task of completing the construction documents, including civil engineering, landscape design, architecture, structural engineering, and M EP engineering. With those drawings complete, we carried the project through the many permits required for construction, including local village and fire, various IEPA permits, kitchen health permits, and IDPH assisted living department.
